19 de diciembre del 2009, día en el que oficialmente me gradué de la Maestría. Ciertamente me siento muy orgulloso de mi trabajo y el esfuerzo que hice para terminar, pero aun siento que me hace falta mucho mas por dar. Es cierto que no todos tienen esa convicción y dedicación necesaria para completar un grado académico mas, pero también es cierto que muchos encuentran un nivel de maestría en lo que hacen después de haberlo realizado por mucho tiempo en el trabajo. 

Sin duda una carrera profesional y un grado de maestría te ayudan a obtener ciertas habilidades para poder sobresalir en la vida profesional, sin embargo la enseñanza mas grande que te dejan estos títulos, es la capacidad de aprender nuevas ideas y conceptos para después poder aplicarlos en la vida diaria. No quiero decir que aquellos que no tienen una carrera no pueden sobresalir, de hecho conozco personalmente a grandes empresarios y hombres de negocio muy exitosos que solo tienen la preparatoria.

Lo único que intento decir es que para poder sobresalir y alcanzar nuestras metas, tenemos que ser constantes, esforzarnos al máximo y no dejar de aprender.

December 19th, 2009, this is the day I finally got my Master's degree. I feel very proud of my work and effort I put into into it, although I still feel like there is so much more I can do. It is true that not everyone  has the conviction and dedication needed to complete an academic degree, but it is also true that many people will find them selfs as masters of whatever they do in their job.

Nobody can doubt that a bachelor degree or a master's degree will help you obtain certain abilities that will push you in the right direction to become successful in your professional life, nonetheless the biggest ability earned in school is the ability to learn new ideas and concepts. I don't mean that someone without a degree can't be successful, in fact, I know many entrepreneurs and business man that have gone pretty far, and they only have a high school degree.

What I'm trying to say is that, to become successful and reach our goals, we have to put our maximum effort into everything we do and we must never stop learning new things.
